Hi, my
name is jill and I have been collecting since 99. I realized how much
I missed my favorite toy when I brought my Vanilla Lace lotion to work
and one girl said it reminded her of Butter Cookie. That was enough to
get me hooked. I still have all my childhood dolls but they are very
played with ('loved' as my mom says). I discovered ebay in 99 and have
been hooked ever since. I have most of the 1st and 2nd edition dolls
in boxes and loose, several minis, ragdolls and the new plushies. I
would like to get the rest of the regular dolls and then start on
Sweet Sleepers and Party Pleasers. I don't remember either of these
(or the berrykins) but I fell in love with them after I started
re-collecting. I love all 80's toys and movies and would like to get
back all of my other 80's toys I had. Finding this board was the
coolest, I have met so many wonderful people and have made a ton of
friends. I can't wait to meet you all one day! Just wish there were
more of you in MN!!!

item you own? my Sour Grapes/Dregs NRFB doll, I can smell her
through a hole in the cellophane and she smells just as I remember
her, I'm also partial to my Purple Pieman/Berry Bird since it was
the first doll I bought when I started recollecting.

item you don't own? I suppose Crepe Suzette and Eclair cuz I
haven't bought her yet, she was one of my faves as a kid, I still
have her and she still smells
